We are seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with our company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring Branch Directors to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing up to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
