What You’ll Do:
You’ll be at the center of the action—planning, organizing, and executing exciting casino promotions, drawings, and special events that keep guests coming back for more. From setting up and tearing down events to hosting giveaways and coordinating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help ensure every promotion is seamless, successful, and a whole lot of fun.
Your Day Might Include:
- Coordinating and running monthly promotions, events, and giveaways
- Acting as emcee or promotional host (mic skills a plus!)
- Setting up signage, supplies, and gaming kiosks
- Partnering with the Players Club to ensure clear understanding and communication of all events
- Following up on guest surveys to boost satisfaction
- Writing the rules (literally)—you’ll draft and distribute promotion guidelines
- Staying in-the-know on the latest trends in casino marketing
- Troubleshooting and collaborating with IT for equipment needs
