SLOT TECHNICIAN II | Slots – Legends Bay Casino

Legends Bay Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Slot Technician II to join our Slots team! If you have a strong background in slot machine diagnostics and repairs and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot various brands of slot machines to ensure smooth operation on the casino floor.
• Diagnose and repair SDS player tracking systems and various progressive equipment.
• Perform board-level repairs on electronic components including CPU boards, PCB boards, monitors, and power supplies.
• Assist supervisors with resolving customer disputes related to slot machines.
• Move and convert various brands of slot machines as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills and present yourself as a credit to Legends Bay Casino.
• Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Maintain open communication with management and a positive, professional demeanor with guests, team members, and vendors.
• Accept performance feedback professionally and perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a slot technician with complete knowledge of slot machine diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong electronics, mechanical, and bench repair skills, including familiarity with AC/DC theory.
• High School Diploma and/or GED required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.

Required Work Cards:

• Must be over the age of 21 and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card

Machinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware Used:

• Cable testers, multi-meters, soldering equipment
• Hand trucks, machine lifts, ladders
• Computers and Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
