The Role

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Consumer Practice Group. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with at least one year of investment banking or equivalent transaction-based experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility within a specialized industry team.

As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, with responsibilities including financial modeling, market and company research, due diligence coordination, and preparation of client deliverables. You will work closely with senior bankers in lean deal teams, giving you significant exposure to the full transaction lifecycle and direct client interaction.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution

• Minimum 3.5 GPA

• At least one year of full-time investment banking experience (sell-side/buy-side M&A preferred)

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Advanced knowledge of finance and accounting principles

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Exceptional attention to detail and intellectual curiosity

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure in a team environment

• A proactive, “can do” attitude with a strong desire to serve clients
