Our products are used to generate power, provide clean drinking water, protect the environment, brew beer, mine gold, and many other applications. We welcome visitors to universities, medicals centers, museums, hotels, and airports across the globe. Form meets function in the projects we’ve completed for the St. Louis Arch Museum, Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, Trump Tower, Mall of America, George Lucas Museum, and 9/11 Memorial.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’re a critical link between our Customers and the Shop Floor, transforming inquiries into finished products through precision, communication, and a deep understanding of our fabrication processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Â Serve as the first point of contact for Architects, Contractors, Purchasing Manager, and Engineers. Understand their vision and requirements and guide them through the quoting and ordering process with professionalism and technical insight.
- Quote Creation:Â Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate and timely quotes. Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing and Production teams to ensure feasibility and pricing.
- Sales Order Management:Â Convert approved quotes into sales orders, ensuring all project details are captured clearly and accurately.
- Work Instructions:Â Translate Customer requirements into detailed work instructions for the shop floor. Coordinate with the Production team to ensure clarity and manufacturability.
- Project Follow-Up:Â Monitor order progress from quote to shipment. Proactively communicate status updates, resolve issues, and keep Customers informed every step of the way.
- Documentation:Â Maintain organized records of communications, quotes, orders, and change requests to support internal coordination and customer satisfaction.
