Qualifications:
Essential Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Table Games proficiency examination.
• Experience of a minimum of 3 years Table Games experience
• Preference given to candidates with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or dual rate experience.
• Table Games start up and/or dealer school training experience is preferred.
• Public relations and customer service skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino/slot policies and promotions.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Certifications and Licenses
Must have certification and/or experience in two of the core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and baccarat) and the Carnival Games.
Must be able to obtain a Catawba Nation Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to operate computer equipment for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel.
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual acuity and hearing
