Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Marketing.
- One (1) year in a marketing operations capacity, gaming operations, table games or the equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
- Fluently speaks, reads, and writes English, and Mandarin and/or Vietnamese and/or Cantonese
- Previous telemarketing skills, preferred.
- Previous sales skills, preferred.
- Experience with CRM system, preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have exceptional guest service skills.
- Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations.
- Ability to travel and host offsite events
- Ability to assist in deescalating situations.
- Must maintain exceptional appearance standards.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to take phone calls and respond to texts and emails outside of designated work hours.
- Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach.
