Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Experience of a minimum of 5 years Table Games experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or dual role previous experience. Startup Table and dealer school training experience is preferred.
- Must have certification and/or experience in three of the core games (Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat) and the Carnival Games.
- Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control regulations and company internal policies and procedures.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

- Public relations and customer service skills.
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino/slot policies and promotions.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed.
- Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to second-hand cigarette smoke).
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Ability to operate computer equipment for extended periods of time. Must be able to talk, hear, and see. The employee is required to walk and stand on their feet for long periods of time. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
