Recruiter

Primary objectives are to generate new business sales, and recruit new drivers where needed for the company.

Recruiting- Pre-qualify candidates that respond to our CDL driver classified ads, explain what is involved in the position and if qualified mail our application packet or tell them how to go on-line to apply.

Sales- Contact a wide variety of vehicle manufacturers, upfitters, dealers and etc... in an effort to gain their vehicle delivery business. Majority of Sales are handled via telephone.

Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills.  Prepare internal and external correspondence.  Prepare Contract of Carriage forms with new customers.

Frequent use of Word, Excel and Sales CRM Software.  Input customer quotes and convert quotes into Freight Bills for delivery using TMS software.

Conduct safety meetings with DA drivers at various locations across the nation.

Conduct new driver orientation reviews and/or full orientations when needed

Previous experience preferred

Excel, Word, sales software, and sales experience.
