Position Summary:
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the dedicated liaison between Basement Systems of Indiana and the local real estate community. You’ll work with agents, inspectors, and homebuyers/sellers to provide timely, effective solutions for foundation, waterproofing, and crawl space issues that can impact the sale of a home. This is a relationship-driven role that requires persistence, communication skills, and an ability to deliver value in fast-paced real estate transactions.
What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, home inspectors, and title companies

Respond quickly to real estate-driven leads and schedule inspections with a sense of urgency

Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate basement or foundation issues and propose appropriate solutions

Educate agents and clients on our services and warranties to reduce objections and delays in closing

Track interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
