Position Summary:

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the dedicated liaison between Basement Systems of Indiana and the local real estate community. You’ll work with agents, inspectors, and homebuyers/sellers to provide timely, effective solutions for foundation, waterproofing, and crawl space issues that can impact the sale of a home. This is a relationship-driven role that requires persistence, communication skills, and an ability to deliver value in fast-paced real estate transactions.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, home inspectors, and title companies

  • Respond quickly to real estate-driven leads and schedule inspections with a sense of urgency

  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate basement or foundation issues and propose appropriate solutions

  • Educate agents and clients on our services and warranties to reduce objections and delays in closing

  • Track interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system

  • Attend networking events, office meetings, and industry gatherings to promote brand awareness

  • Provide exceptional service that reflects the values and reputation of Basement Systems of Indiana

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in real estate, home inspection, or home services sales is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate transaction process

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

  • Ability to work with urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • A strong desire to help people and build trust-based relationships
