IT Technician/Support
Location: Vernon, CA (in-house/on-site)
Compensation: $25-27/hr

Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and issue resolutions.
- Install, configure, and update software applications, as well as assist with system updates.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, permissions, and access to various systems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes and documentation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
