Warehouse Export Lead

We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Export Lead to join our operations in Miami, FL

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida.  With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Export Lead to oversee the daily operations of our export warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exporting fresh produce, managing warehouse teams, coordinating container loading, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily chilled warehouse operations related to export shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of export produce.
• Monitor and enforce quality control protocols for all outgoing produce.
• Coordinate and monitor container loading to ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Ensure all export shipments meet quality assurance standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation (FIFO).
• Collaborate with logistics and export teams to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international export regulations, including documentation and labeling.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to export logistics and warehouse operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years produce warehouse export operations.
• Strong understanding of container logistics and international shipping practices.
• Experience with quality assurance in a warehouse or export environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and export documentation platforms.
• Produce Experience 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
