The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Asphalt Green’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role is key to building the company’s online presence, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement with customers and followers. The Social Media Manager will oversee content creation, community management, and performance analysis to ensure the brand’s voice is consistent and resonates with the target audience. Some after working hours and weekend availability may be required depending on timing for programs, events, and other organizational needs.
This is an in-person position requiring a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office. The fifth day may be worked remotely depending on content and organizational needs.
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Management

Manage and maintain Asphalt Green's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, and videos) for all social media platforms.

Collaborate with the Senior Director of External Engagement to use social media for generating press coverage, engaging key media contacts, sharing news updates, and measuring media impact.
