Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $27.48 to $32.97 (approximately $50,000 - $60,000 annually)

Attention CASAC and CASAC-Ts! The Fortune Society’s Behavioral Health (BH) team is seeking a dynamic, person-centered Intake Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding outpatient Treatment Services unit. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, and an ability to multitask. Responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact for all clients, effectively managing all internal and external referrals, scheduling appointments, and day-to-day office administrative responsibilities. This is a growth position for the right candidate and an excellent opportunity for a CASAC or CASAC-T to join a collaborative, client-centered team.

Time Management & Personal Organization:
This person must be able to demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities including making, keeping, and/or rescheduling appointments with Fortune Society staff, external referral sources, and/or clients in a timely and professional manner.
Basic Office Skills:
The ideal candidate must have computer proficiency (knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and electronic health record systems) and be comfortable with core technology such as Zoom, WebEx, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete thorough documentation of screening results, preliminary diagnosis, level of care determination, and intake decision;

Manage client schedules for the treatment services clinic in Accumedic and reconcile clinical schedules with claim volume; accurately enroll new clients into Caseworthy, conduct preliminary insurance checks, and complete intake and consent process;

Conduct and perform data entry for GPRA and SAMHSA Cross-Site surveys/evaluations at intake, 6-month follow-up, and discharge, maintaining appropriate follow-up rates;
