NIKA is hiring for a DMLSS Multi-Site Support Specialist (MSS) who will Support each AOR as needed and provide DMLSS support at all sites that have a vacancy or require additional support. This position will be remote based with occasional travel to various sites.

Position Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform DSS tasks, as detailed below, for sites that have requested and been granted Multi-Site Support
- Participate in Transition Calls with AORMs, FOSs, and key site personnel to understand specific needs and/or special circumstances at the location requesting assistance
- Maintain detailed and thorough record of tasks performed, by date and site, to be included in metrics for consolidated Multi-Site Support Team Monthly Activity Report (MAR)
- Assist the Training Team – complete taskers, review proof of concept DMLSS to LogiCole crosswalk videos, slide decks, and other training tools; provide feedback, and perform LogiCole role-based testing, as requested
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and trainings as requested by Leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass official background checks and gain access to military installations
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ DMLSS experience as a DSS, required
- Minimum of two years’ experience using Microsoft Office products with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- BI knowledge & proficiency
- Availability/willingness to travel
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal

- Must be able to demonstrate effective decision-making abilities
