NIKA is hiring for a Data Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) DMLSS Division.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
- Conduct process reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Prepare presentations and briefings that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain data accuracy, quality, and consistency across systems and reports.
- Support project planning, tracking, and evaluation efforts.
- Stay current on best practices, emerging tools, and technologies in analytics and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant analytical experience (varies by level).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar).
- Working knowledge of database systems and query tools (e.g., SQL) preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.
- Ability to obtain CAC
Preferred Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query
- Experience in process improvement, performance measurement, or project management.
- Familiarity with data governance, quality assurance principles and database administration.
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Knowledge of DMLSS/LogiCole FM standards and procedures.
