Mechanic

Capital Quarries is seeking a mechanic who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of heavy/dirt equipment.  Located in Pocahontas/Harrisburg South. 

JOB DUTIES

• Work on various crushers
• Work on CAT and John Deere Loaders, Dump Trucks, Skid Steers
• Repair and maintain heavy/dirt equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Electrical skills for heavy equipment
• Must have a mechanical aptitude
• Field tech experience
• Able to lift tire mount tiers
• Able to remove and install transmissions
• Obtain a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screen
