Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling demand generation programs in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools and proven success driving pipeline from them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven success developing and executing against a marketing strategy that engages prospective and current customers at various conversion and lifecycle stages.
- Proven success orchestrating a creative, collaborative B2B integrated marketing strategy with a clear approach on how to measure performance and adjust approaches accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, results-oriented approach to marketing strategy and execution
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or data-driven industries; experience in background screening, HR tech, or risk solutions is a plus.
Working Conditions
- This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time and use of workstation.
- The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment.
- This position may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives
