QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in related field
- Teaching experience, preferably in a progressive school environment
- Previous head coaching experience
- Demonstrated excellence in organization, management, and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

- Previous experience in athletic administration
- Previous experience as head coach in two or more sports
- Previous experience with leadership development
- Previous experience with explicit diversity and equity-based work

The employee is required to stand, walk, sit, run, handle athletic equipment, talk, and hear while performing the duties of this job. Employee must occasionally lift/move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
