Description

Job Duties:

  • Note: This is a temporary position.
  • Monitor the Funding Requests inbox daily and respond to incoming requests, inquiries, and miscellaneous items in a timely manner.
  • Accurately process funding-related accounting entries for each funding request, ensuring all entries balance.
  • Flag and track funding request emails according to their scheduled funding date, and mark requests as complete once processed.
  • Escalate issues, discrepancies, or unusual items to the Capital Markets Specialist II for resolution.
  • Complete miscellaneous accounting entries as assigned.
  • Assist with research tasks as requested, using internal systems and available reporting tools.
  • Maintain organized records of processed entries and support documentation as needed
  • Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Report and document irregularities promptly and maintain records for audit readiness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior banking, bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
