Job purpose
As a Salesforce Admin you will be part of a team that supports the ongoing development of our Salesforce org, playing a key role in the administration, configuration and maintenance. You will implement and maintain Salesforce solutions that balance the business needs with technical requirements ensuring end-user satisfaction and ease of integration with other enterprise systems. This position engages all key stakeholders to develop and execute scalable processes for future growth.

Duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with users, stakeholders and vendors to analyze business needs and identify ways and opportunities to improve user and client experience.
- Meticulously manage Salesforce data, monitor org data limits and complete scheduled archiving and deduping
- Provides day-to-day user support and answers user questions, troubleshoots configuration defects and process gaps
- Determine and define specs to meet project requirements for all new development, workflows and integrations
- Regularly meet with Stakeholders to understand needs, present well thought out solutions, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and development plan to meet deadlines
- Support culture of visual management by creating dashboards and reports that accurately reflect KPIs and all levers that drive KPIs
- Manages the creation and maintenance of system documentation
- Guide users with best practices, lead training sessions as needed and create knowledge documents to drive adoption and utilization
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
