To be successful as a Shuttle Driver/ Bell Attendant you will need to be a hardworking, reliable professional who provides superb hospitality, ensuring that guests/owners feel welcomed and relaxed from arrival to departure and ensuring guests have a safe and welcome experience while being transported around property.
- Greet guests/owners and assist with luggage as they arrive, and depart and throughout their stay.
- Meet and exceed guest/owner expectations by providing excellent customer service.
- Operate company vehicles (golf carts) in compliance with all state laws, Resort policy and supervisor direction.
- Maintain resort vehicles (golf carts) interior and exterior and exterior.
- Deliver amenities, room keys, and luggage as needed.
- Assist in room moves.
- Communicate effectively with guests, supervisors and associates.
- Stay informed concerning emergency procedures, current projects, security issues, and location of emergency equipment.
- Complete all required computer based and in person training.
- Must assist in departmental duties including pool deck appearance (removal of wet/used towels, restocking clean towels, removal of rubbish, and emptying trash bins).
- Ensuring guest safety, comfort and satisfaction is of upmost importance.
- Additional duties may be subject to assignment based on resort operational need.
