Position Overview

St. Thomas University College of Nursing seeks a dedicated online full-time faculty member for the RN-BSN program. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, student-centered instruction, mentor nursing students, and contribute to curriculum development and program assessment. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a range of courses in the RN-BSN program, totaling 24 credit hours annually, using innovative, evidence-based strategies for online learning.
• Advise and mentor RN-BSN students, supporting their academic and professional development.
• Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives for the RN-BSN program.
• Engage in faculty meetings and accreditation-related activities, including assisting with CCNE accreditation documentation.
• Maintain regular online office hours and actively support program goals through faculty initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance student learning, clinical placements, and program development.
• Participate in departmental, college, and university service activities, including committees and community engagement.
