We are seeking a proactive Material Planning Analyst to coordinate material requirements and ensure inventory availability in alignment with production and maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAGE ERP, strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes, and direct involvement with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage material, packaging and MRO planning schedules in coordination with production, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Utilize MRP tools within SAGE ERP to determine material requirements, generate purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Analyze demand forecasts, inventory trends, and supplier lead times to optimize material availability and reduce excess stock.
- Maintain and improve MRP master data including item parameters (lead time, safety stock, reorder points, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely procurement and replenishment of MRO materials.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in material supply plans to prevent production disruptions.
- Prepare reports on material status, shortages, and usage trends to support supply chain decision-making.
- Participate in inventory cause analysis of variances.
- Identify and implement process improvements related to planning accuracy and inventory control.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or inventory management roles.
- Proficient in SAGE ERP, including its MRP planning modules.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to help lead projects related to material planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or other supply chain certification.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus.
