What We Expect from You (Minimum Qualifications)
Required
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in total rewards or compensation/benefits leadership roles.
- Experience designing compensation frameworks or career architectures.
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance, compensation practices, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly around benefits education and change management.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment.
- Experience managing or coordinating payroll functions.
- Familiarity with HRIS and benefits platforms; Paycom experience is a plus.
Note: A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered when competency in the role is demonstrated.
