Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, humanities, arts administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in museum management or related profession on a similar scale
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, program activation, and business management
- Experience collaborating with leadership, marketing, or communications teams strongly preferred
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered when competency in the role is demonstrated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with or advanced knowledge of creating and maintaining accessible spaces and experiences.
- Knowledge of motivating teams to embrace and act on a shared vision
- Strong relationship-building skills across diverse groups
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, apply experimental ideas, and make independent decisions
- Analytical skills to translate abstract concepts into impactful programs

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range $85,000-$95,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
