What We Expect from You
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, humanities, arts administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in museum management or a related profession on a comparable scale
- Proven success managing operations, programs, or visitor services
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered when competency in the role is demonstrated
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of disability, accessibility, inclusion, and equity
- Perspective on museum operations and the cultural impact of museums
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers
- Budgeting and financial management experience

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
