Crew Leaders are responsible for managing a crew and installing windows, doors and siding products. Ideal candidates will have experience in related field or in the following areas: carpentry – window and/or siding installation – using metal brake – trim work – caulking – ladder/scaffolding work.
Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Installing product to New York Sash Standards
- Directing production on each job site
- Providing training to installation workers
- Communicating with management and project coordinators
- Providing excellent customer service to each homeowner
