Crew Leaders are responsible for managing a crew and installing bathroom products. Ideal candidates will have experience in related field or in the following areas: carpentry –bathroom installation – acrylic bathroom materials – caulking – finish work.
Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Installing product to New York Sash Standards
- Directing production on each job site
- Providing training to installation workers
- Communicating with management and project coordinators
- Providing excellent customer service to each homeowner
