PICKER CHECKER

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in logistics or warehouse operations? Allen Flavors, Inc. is looking for a Picker Checker to be a key player in our logistics team! If you love organizing, keeping things running smoothly, and double-checking for perfection, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Order Prep Pro: Shrink-wrap and stage each order, ensuring all outbound shipments meet our high standards.
• Material Master: Gather and prepare all materials needed for shipments, ensuring everything is correct and complete.
• Documentation Guru: Record lot numbers and manufacture dates, maintaining flawless records for every shipment.
• Forklift Driver: Safely load outbound trailers with precision, following company policy.
• Quality Control Champ: Double-check product quantities, lot numbers, and labeling for total accuracy.
• Warehouse Wizard: Inspect inbound trailers, ensure cleanliness, and help with overall organization.
• Compliance Expert: Follow safety protocols and implement programs like HACCP, SQF, and Food Defense.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ year in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Skills:
  • Forklift certified (and good at it!).
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, and GMP standards.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
