The Norton’s Teen Collective is a group of 8 dynamic teens from schools throughout Palm Beach County. Teens are selected from an annual application process and are provided the opportunity to express their creative ideas and turn them into action by collaborating, innovating, and designing programs at the Museum for all teens.
Members of the Teen Collective report directly to the Family and Community Programs Manager. In the Fall of 2025, teens will assist in developing the Norton Museum of Art’s Teen Workshop series. Immersing themselves in the collection, teens will lead museum tours and research the museum’s permanent collection.
