Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
- Proficiency with electronic communication including e-mail and text, as well as standard office applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Possess basic oral and written communication skills

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
- 0–3-years’ experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
- Experience working with railroads and understanding of right-of-way encroachment processes.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations impacting utility installations on railroad property.
