Engineering Technician I
Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Engineering Team, Engineering Technicians I are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. Engineering Technicians I are responsible for performing assignments under minimal supervision and are responsible for maintaining all equipment, installations, fixtures, construction, and all related components as directed.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
•   Assist with the repair and maintenance of CRCR, outbuildings, and vehicles.Â
•   Perform groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.Â
•   Perform minor construction, painting, plumbing, general carpentry, and installation of electrical circuitry.Â
•   Maintain all electrical tools and maintenance equipment.Â
•   Assist with preventative maintenance projects as assigned.Â
•   Perform plumbing tasks, installing drainage pipes, and clearing clogs.Â
•   Respond to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience and discomfort.Â
•   Perform all assigned tasks under OSHA Safety regulations and compliance.Â
•   Enter, update, and close tickets in the ticketing system, relaying issues to management if needed or required.Â
•   Safely operate various hand and power tools and use them as intended.Â
•   Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
•   Must be at least 18 years of age.
•   High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
