Summary of Job Function:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Management Specialist who will play a key role in advancing our Talent Management strategy, reporting directly to the Director HR & Talent Management. This position blends hands-on Talent Acquisition with the opportunity to design, implement, and support strategic Talent Management programs across the organization.
As a trusted HR partner, the Senior Talent Management Specialist will support the talent acquisition strategy and program while also contributing to critical initiatives in performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, workforce planning and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI-BeFAIR). This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence, making it ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (50%)

In matrix, oversees the tactical and collaborative Vantage-wide recruitment team (typically business unit HRBPs and HR Generalists) to ensure positive recruitment outcomes that demonstrate continuous improvement in key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience, first-year-turnover, employer branding etc.
Talent Management (50%)

Assist with employee and leadership learning & development initiatives, including needs assessments, program coordination, and logistics.

Coordinate and support the employee engagement survey process, including survey logistics, data tracking, and outcomes reporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR designation (SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
Benefits of Working With Us

Salary $97,000 - $122,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
