📋 What You’ll Do:
 

As our Chief Financial Officer, you’ll lead the strategic financial direction of the organization and ensure the fiscal integrity and long-term sustainability of Peter Becker Community.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing financial leadership and vision to support organizational goals
• Overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and information systems
• Developing and implementing efficient financial systems and policies
• Advising leadership on growth opportunities and fiscal planning
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
• Collaborating across departments to drive operational success

🌟 What You’ll Bring:

✔️ Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ 6–7 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting
✔️ 4–5 years in a leadership or executive-level financial role
✔️ Experience in Senior Living or Healthcare strongly preferred
✔️ Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
✔️ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — a strong plus!
