Essential Functions:

Ensure that Liquor Laws and rules of the State of Arizona and the beverage service policies of the Arizona Snowbowl are strictly adhered to. Must provide current Title 4 Liquor Law and Food Handlers Card completion.

Ensure effective communication within the department, with other departments, and with guests in a professional manner in regards to legal laws.

Responsible for correct exchange of currency for product received.

Responsible for correct deposits, banks, and dailies.

Comply with over/short policies as prescribed by the Arizona Snowbowl.

Report to work in proper attire, “Fit for Duty”, as listed in the Food and Beverage Handbook at the scheduled time.

Ensure a clean, safe and orderly work area for employees and guests.

Carry out all policies and procedures as prescribed in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook.

Present friendly customer service at all times.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure proper music is being played at all times.

Carry out all duties assigned by the Arizona Snowbowl and Food and Beverage Department.

Other duties as assigned.
Education / Training / License(s) / Certification(s) Requirements:
- Coconino County Food Handlers Required
- Alcohol Training Certification is Required
Physical Requirements:
Be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in a standing and sitting position for up to 8 hours.

Travel Required:
Have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally is exposed to wet and/or winter conditions. While performing this job, the employee primarily works independently but may also be required to work as part of a crew.
