Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time construction Project Manager that has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial construction that is result-drive that will assist the entire project staff with all aspects of the construction process including but not limited to contract management, document control, coordination with project team (owner, A/E, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.), cost tracking, assisting with the assembly and distribution of all required project documents.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.

Review and understand project plans, specifications, and contracts.

Oversee and direct construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all project participants.

Negotiate contracts and change orders with subcontractors and suppliers.
The Location
Roncelli’s headquarters is in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This position will report to the site(s) assigned and from time to time, report to the Sterling Heights office.
