Description

Fore All is hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team! This is a full-time position that is 100% onsite at the Fore All Headquarters in Riverton, UT.

  • This person will report directly to the Marketing Director of Fore All, who is a great mentor in marketing, and will work closely with the CEO & Founder of Fore All.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  1. Content Creation & Scheduling
    • Draft, refine, and schedule content for social media platforms assisting Marketing Director, including Instagram (community, comments, reposts), Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, Linked inn, etc., adhering to brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with the design team to source or create on-brand graphics and imagery for content.
  2. Digital Marketing Execution
    • Plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns across SMS, email, and app push channels to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
    • Own and manage the content calendar for push and SMS communications, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand voice.
  3. Blog Content Writing
    • Research and write blog posts tailored to Fore All’s audience, covering topics like golf tips, community stories, product spotlights, and lifestyle content.
    • Ensure blog content aligns with SEO best practices to increase visibility and reach.
    • Work under the Marketing Director’s guidance to meet deadlines for blog publication and integrate posts with broader campaign themes.
  4. Content Research & Trend Monitoring
    • Stay updated on golf industry news, influencer trends, and emerging social media topics.
    • Track competitor content and trending formats on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, identifying opportunities for Fore All.
    • Regularly present new ideas and trends to the Marketing Director for potential inclusion in content strategies.
  5. TikTok Management
    • Manage Fore All’s TikTok account, including brainstorming, filming, editing, and posting content that resonates with the target audience.
    • Experiment with trending audio, challenges, and formats to increase engagement and account growth.
    • Interact with followers on TikTok, answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering community.
  6. Engagement & Community Management: Instagram/Pinterest/LinkedIn/YouTube
    • Actively monitor and engage with Fore All’s social media audiences, responding to comments and messages to foster a strong community presence.
    • Escalate any customer issues or significant feedback to the Marketing Director.
    • Engage with potential brand ambassadors, fans, and industry influencers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
  7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Assist in collecting and reporting data on social media, email, and blog performance metrics, updating dashboards regularly.
    • Highlight successful content and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience data.
    • Monitor TikTok and other platforms for content reach, adjusting strategies with the Marketing Director as needed.
  8. Campaign Coordination
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Director to ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and meets set timelines.
    • Assist in organizing content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset checklists to keep content production on track.
    • Coordinate with other departments for any content-related needs, such as product photos, customer testimonials, or event coverage.
  9. Copywriting & Editing
    • Write, proofread, and edit copy for various channels, including social posts, emails, TikTok descriptions, and blog content.
    • Ensure a consistent brand tone and message across all content, adjusting copy to suit different audiences and platforms.
  10. Cross-Department Collaboration
    • Communicate with sales, customer service, and design teams for any information, assets, or updates needed for content.
    • Maintain an organized request and feedback process to ensure creative projects align with other departments’ needs.
  11. Creative Asset Organization
    • Maintain a well-organized library of content assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and written content.
    • Regularly update asset folders to ensure content is readily available and easy to locate for team members.
  12. Event Strategy & Planning
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align event coverage with brand messaging and goals.
  13. Ambassador + Influencer Management
    • Stay updated on golf industry news, influencer trends, and emerging social media topics.
    • Assist MD with ambassador management
    • Assist MD with influencer gifting, strategy, sourcing and communication
    • Create missions, present ideas, communicate with members
    • Keep all data and facets organized and recorded
    • Assist growing platform and keeping ambassadors engaged
    • Take calls with platform and troubleshoot

Additional Responsibilities

  • Content Brainstorms: Participate in regular content brainstorm sessions with the marketing team to generate fresh ideas.
  • Project Timelines: Consistently adhere to deadlines set by the Marketing Director for all content and campaigns, maintaining clear communication on project status and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
  • Timely Responses and Communication: when contacted by your manager and above, during and off hours, will need a response within two hours
  • PR: assist with sourcing, scheduling, and communicating all PR opportunities for the brand

Qualifications Desired:

  • 1+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in content creation, social media management, or brand marketing, is preferred (entry-level candidates may also be considered)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, but not required if equivalent experience is demonstrated.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic design or editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Understanding of social media trends, SEO best practices, and influencer/ambassador marketing.
  • Comfortable appearing on or helping film short-form video content for social channels.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and is eager to grow with the brand.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time at Fore All HQ in Riverton, UT, and be available for travel and after-hours communication.
