Enrollment Management Tour Guides

Charlotte Latin School is seeking two individuals to serve as Enrollment Management Tour Guides beginning in August 2025. The Enrollment Management Tour Guide will be a member of Charlotte Latin’s First Impressions Team, warmly welcoming prospective families to the school. With extensive training on Charlotte Latin School, its programs, and campus, the guide will provide tours tailored to the age and interests of families, while also offering general support to the office. These part-time positions will be approximately 20 hours per week, with one morning and one afternoon position available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Tour Guide for grades TK-11 
• Provide administrative and technical support to the Enrollment Management Office. 
  • Writing notes
  • Uploading documents
  • Preparing files for review
• Front Desk Coverage
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
• Event Support
  • Planning and attending events as needed

Supervisory Responsibilities 

• None

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience with Blackbaud, Veracross, and/or SchoolAdmin preferred

Skills:

• Maintain confidentiality at all times, on and off campus
• Proficient in both PC and Mac operating systems, as well as possessing navigational, reporting, exporting, and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and master Charlotte Latin's platforms (Blackbaud, Veracross, and SchoolAdmin)
• Excellent time management skills
• Superior organizational skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong collegiality; ability to work as a member of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including competency in English grammar

Working Conditions and Environment

• Intermittently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Continuously see, sit, balance, grasp, and have repetitive use of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers; and some fine finger dexterity.
• Frequently talk and hear.
• Intermittently stand, stoop, bend, twist, crouch, kneel, crawl, walk, climb stairs, step stools and ladders, operate foot and hand controls, squeeze, and reach above shoulders.
• Exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, flammables, grease, dirt, stacked materials, electrical equipment, machinery, low to medium noise levels, and moderate indoor temperatures of heat and cold.
• Long or odd hours, as needed.
