Position Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to run the front desk! You will be the first impression for every customer that comes through the door or calls into the office. We’re looking for a highly organized individual who takes pride in delivering accurate work and can prioritize multiple tasks and duties throughout the day. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will work with multiple teams to respond to requests and provide miscellaneous office support, where needed, throughout the office and company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great attention to detail then this is the position for you!

Position hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Daily tasks include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Answering complex phone calls and routing them accurately with the highest degree of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail
  • Opening new transaction files and complete processing duties to the culmination of a successful settlement closing
  • Providing miscellaneous office support where needed, and when applicable, throughout the company at all locations
  • Conduct office and marketing supply ordering
  • Responsible for keeping office neat and orderly    
  • Participating in continuing education and progress in duties in order to be promoted into more advanced tasks and roles

Desired Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient computer, software, and typing skills
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Socially intelligent and driven
  • 1-3 years of professional office experience preferred
  • Post-Secondary education preferred
  • Title or Real Estate experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements: 

  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, and peripheral vision
