General Summary of Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the conversion of home movie videotapes to digital formats using customized in-house hardware and software.
- Manage workflow for assigned workstations for conversion of home movie videotapes.
- Comparing and researching videotape content to see if we can improve on quality.
- Analyze notes in our database for specific orders and determine the right workflow based on those notes.
- Auditing every order to determine if the customer’s orders are completed and grouped accurately.
- Staging of tapes for the next shift’s operators.
- Troubleshooting tape functionality and performing minor repairs (e.g. splicing, replacing housings).
- Creating lists in Google Sheets or Excel to use for picking orders from our backlog.
- Keep the work area organized and clean.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Details:
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week
- Multiple shifts are available.
- One weekend day is required.
- Starting pay is $17/hour with eligibility to earn a pay increase every 90 days at the end of the Quarter.
- Overtime as required based on the Manager's discretion.
