Job purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This person will assist in overseeing partnerships in all Railbookers source markets. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and marketing, and a proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships. As a Partnership Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our brand presence through strategic partnerships. Extensive organization and planning skills, proactive mindset, strong communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail are required.
Duties and responsibilities
- Holds monthly calls with all partners, presenting data and revenue numbers, findings, and opportunities.
- Responsible for working with the Director of Partnership Marketing, the Business Development Team and analytics department to identify opportunities for growth within our current partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while regularly communicating to mutually grow business together.
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute marketing and sales promotions that drive revenue and incorporate key brand messaging.
- Work with the Analytics team to monitor and analyze the performance of partnership marketing activities, including sales data, booking trends, and promotion campaign results. Prepare regular insight presentations to share with partners during calls.
- Communicates special offers, deals and new offerings to all partners on a consistent basis.
- Work closely with the Business Development department to provide marketing support including trade show supplies, training support and more.
- Responsible for scheduling and creating internal and client facing presentations to support Marketing and Business Development team
- Responsible for maintaining all partnership portals ensuring brand and messaging is up to date.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
