Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, a Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of service excellence for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include the management and oversight of all the functions within the warehouse, leadership of all warehouse team members, and promotion of and adherence to company safety rules and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Supervise material-related functions within designated company warehouse sites. Managing the inventory monitoring cycle, including conducting cycle counts and audits t validate results, as well as performing full physical year-end audits
- (S/R Manager) Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment
- (S/R Manager) Effectively manage all shipping and receiving functions within all warehouse facilities
- (S/R Manager) Ability to efficiently coordinate external vendor relationships with internal company processes
- Â Includes Illinois state and Federal DOT CDL licensing standards and regulations
- (Materials Manager) Responsible for Material Delivery Management and Scheduling of all Production and/or Aftermarket parts
- Hire, train, coach, and manage an integrated Materials team, establishing performance standards, evaluating individual and team performance, ensuring company policies are adhered to, and meeting leadership’s goals using PSI’s IMPACT values (Innovation, Motivation, Passion, Accountability, Communication, Trust)
- Create, review, and manage material flow and production metrics by implementing Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives (Conduct 5S workshops, training, etc.)
- Communicate productivity issues to senior management in a timely and concise manner. Develop and present solutions to resolve issues or suggest cost savings
- Coordinate and partner with other area supervisors, purchasing, and vendors in a coordinated work effort and team approach to inventory management
- Knowledge of ERP systems and legal documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment and navigating the plant with alert behavior
