Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation or related field
- 5+ years of experience working in vocational rehabilitation or employment readiness programs
- 1+ years of experience in personnel management
- Experience developing or overseeing training/instructional content
- Knowledge of work readiness principles, disability services, and individualized planning
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in curriculum development, training coordination, or instructional design
- Familiarity with CARF standards and workforce development best practices
- Bilingual (especially Spanish/English) is a plus

The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to use their hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
