Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in human services, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and advocate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to transport program participants
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience in job development, sales, or employment services
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or American Sign Language (ASL)
- CPR/First Aid certification

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to drive, walk between locations, and occasionally support participants outdoors or in varied work environments. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and frequently use hands to type or handle objects. They may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level may vary, depending on the job site.
