Basic Requirements:
- Mechanical and/or Electrical knowledge a must
- Must be able to lift 50lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to adjust from an office environment to working outdoors for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of ski lift operations and controls. Can be offset with other trade specific expertise
- Must be able to bend, squat, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level frequently
- Must be able to use hands for grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation in repair of machinery
- Ability to climb and work at heights of up to 100 feet comfortably
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
- Ability to commit to working weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal communication and guest service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Can be offset by other education with industry knowledge
- Familiarity with snowmobiles, ATV/UTV, and heavy equipment safety preferred
- Familiarity with proper climbing techniques, fall protection equipment, and work positioning preferred
