Known for industry-leading performance in sales, service, and guest satisfaction, we are expanding our Used Vehicle Acquisition Team and currently seeking driven individuals for the role of Vehicle Acquisition Specialist.

Whether you're experienced in customer service, sales, BDC, or a call center environment—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed!

Bilingual preferred. Must be able to work Sundays. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Use our CRM platform to connect with customers interested in selling their vehicles via phone, text, email, and chat.
• Acquire pre-owned vehicles from private sellers and online marketplaces to help meet dealership inventory needs.
• Review and respond to appraisals and trade-in offers from both online and in-store channels.
• Provide accurate and friendly communication to help customers understand their options and schedule appointments for in-store vehicle evaluations.
• Partner with dealership leadership to develop and implement buying strategies that align with inventory goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Education:

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, call centers, travel services, or BDC preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems, chat tools, and basic tech platforms

Skills & Traits:

• Bilingual preferred 
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
• Ability to consistently meet quotas and performance expectations
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
