We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented professional to support our sales leadership team in training, guest satisfaction, recruiting, and deal flow coordination. This role is key to maintaining Greenway Ford’s reputation for professionalism, compliance, and Extreme Satisfaction — for both our guests and our team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Training & Onboarding
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and sales training to ensure smooth integration into Greenway Ford culture and processes.
- Maintain and update training materials, scripts, and process guides.
- Track completion of manufacturer and compliance training.
- Assist managers with in-person product sessions, meetings, and follow-up coaching.
- Create and support training decks, videos, and performance tools.
Guest Satisfaction & Retention
- Monitor and report on guest satisfaction metrics (CSI/NPS).
- Conduct follow-up calls, texts, and emails to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Track Google Reviews and feedback trends; recommend improvements.
- Assist with guest appreciation events and post-sale follow-up initiatives.
Recruiting & Team Development
- Post open positions, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate tracking logs and team rosters.
- Support partnerships with local colleges and workforce programs.
