Summary:

The Integrated Marketing & Strategy Manager will lead the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing strategies across 1–3 brands in our portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing & Strategy, this role plays a key part in translating brand goals into fully integrated marketing plans, driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and measurable impact across channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including creative, insights, content, and digital—while ensuring that all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned and consistently executed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, business objectives, and consumer insights.
  • Create and manage annual marketing calendars, outlining key campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate brand strategy into actionable multi-channel marketing plans—including digital, social, experiential, PR, influencer, retail, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Insights team to incorporate audience data, brand equity research, and trends into strategic planning.
  • Own cross-functional project management of campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in execution.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, e-commerce, digital, comms) and external agencies to develop and execute high-impact integrated marketing plans. 
  • Ensure brand storytelling is consistent and aligned across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives; analyze results and optimize based on key KPIs (awareness, engagement, sales lift, etc.).
  • Contribute to evolving brand positioning and messaging frameworks based on consumer and market dynamics.
  • Support budget planning and manage allocated marketing budgets for assigned brands.

 

Pay range: $85,000-$115,000

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing, preferably managing consumer-facing brands with unique identities.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and the strategic use of channel-specific tactics to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing plans.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing funnel dynamics.
  • Excellent project management skills; highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for brand voice and storytelling.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and make informed recommendations.
