Summary: 

 

The SVP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all Sales and Operations functions under the Club Pilates brand. This role will lead the National and Regional Sales Strategy and manage the sales team executing that strategy. At its core, sales operations is about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to coach how to sell memberships more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. To do this, the SVP will fulfill both strategic and tactical functions. The role will be a main driver of operational efficiencies in running a Club Pilates studio and managing all franchisee education presentations, documentation and resources as they pertain to helping franchise partners grow their studio-level AUVs. 

In addition, the role involves providing clearer direction on operating the Club Pilates business, from day-to-day operations, what to do, how to operate a studio, hiring practices, team building techniques and other best-practice operational guidance for the franchise partners. The direct reports under the SVP of Operations are the National and Regional Sales Teams, with further collaboration with Marketing and Education as it pertains to Operations. 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

  • Leader of brand execution of strategy, initiatives, and partnerships across the organization 
  • Drive sales and operations decisions using a data-driven strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and technology partners within the organization pertaining to Club Pilates
  • Research and identify new business opportunities; Seek new business tools and methods
  • Establish performance and budgetary objectives and lead the team to achieve them.
  • Be a subject matter expert in process improvement, organizational design, and management/measurement systems as it pertains to studio revenue growth. 
  • Oversee employee productivity, training, and develop personal/career growth.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency.
  • Lead Franchisee education, training calls and meetings.
  • Organize presentations, workouts, vendor partners and awards for Annual Convention.
  • Conduct highly effective oral and written presentations to all levels of management
  • Manage CRM & LMS systems within the brand
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and public relations topics surrounding Club Pilates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • 8+ years of proven experience driving sales in a franchisor environment, fitness industry preferred. 
  • Strong knowledge & ability to utilize data analytics to implement new strategies based on business needs. 
  • Proven ability to effectively develop & lead diverse sales and operations teams to support brand expansion
  • Experience creating and executing sales & operations processes
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Extremely detail oriented and able to see projects from ideation to completion
